Tonight I decided to level
Gomorra's Tailoring to 425 so I could make a
Magnificent Flying Carpet. That ended up costing
Wranngar around 500 gold but that included all the mats for the
Magnificent Flying Carpet too. It wasn't too hard to get to 425,
I did it all by making 5
Frostweave Bags and now at 426
Tailoring skill it is still an orange pattern for me so I think it will get me to 430. Right now we have a surplus of
Frostweave Bags in the guild bank. I can't use the
Magnificent Flying Carpet in North Rend so I had to go to Shattrath to try it out. It works pretty good, nice and fast. Now my
Tailoring is at 426, only 24 more to 450.
I stopped off to see
Old Man Barlo, (40,59) at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest, while I was testing out my
Magnificent Flying Carpet, to see what he had for me today. He gave me
Felblood Fillet so I headed over to the Pools of Aggonar (39,37) in Hellfire Peninsula to catch a
Monstrous Felblood Snapper. I got one on my 7th cast and started back to Terokkar Forest. While I was flying I saw someone in chat looking for help on a quest with an elite so I stopped off and gave him a hand. It only took a couple of minutes, it was pretty easy for a 73 Demon Lock and 60 Death Knight to take a 63 elite down lol.
I finally made my way back to
Old Man Barlo and turned in the
Monstrous Felblood Snapper for my
Bag of Fishing Treasures. Today my
Bag of Fishing Treasures contained 7g2s37c, 3
Elixirs of Water Walking, which I am going to need when I start leveling
Gomorra's fishing skill, and 4 pieces of
Salvaged Scrap Metal. I have most of the rewards from this daily on
Gomorra including
Toothy's Bucket which you can only get from this daily.
I did my daily's for
The Kalu'ak on
Gomorra today. I have the 3 of them I do,
Preparing for the Worst,
Planning for the Future and
The Way to His Heart.... These don't take me long and I only have a few more day's until I am exalted with them and get my
Mastercraft Kalu'ak Fishing Pole. Then I am going to take a couple days and get
Gomorra's fishing skill up to 450 and stock up the guild bank with mats and food at the same time.
I only did the daily cooking in Dalaran on
Wranngar today, I was too busy running around buying
Gomorra Tailoring mats. Today it was
Cheese for Glowergold, one of my least favorites. I ran around hunting down
Half Full Dalaran Wine Glasses until I had the 6 I needed. I got the
Aged Dalaran Limburger I needed while I was checking the cheese and wine shop for
Half Full Dalaran Wine Glasses. Once I had all I needed I combined them on the platter provided and delivered it in exchange for 9g93s, a
Dalaran Cooking Award and a
Small Spice Bag which only had 3
Northern Spices in it today.
