Wranngar AV 4/6/08
I had Wranngar in 12 AV's today. It was my daily too so that was a nice bonus:). Wranngar passed Gomorra in lifetime kills tonight. Gomorra has 24,783 lifetime kills and Wranngar had 24,974 when I logged off tonight. I am also a lot closer to my next trinket, Battlemaster's Cruelty, now. I have about 8,000 honor to go :). We had 6 wins and 6 losses. Most of our wins stemmed from rushing FWGY while having a few people cap the towers on the way by then get Galv. Then move on to FWRH and the towers as soon as FWGY is claimed and when everything caps get Drek'Thar. This seems to be working out well but it must be done quickly as the Horde are also moving very fast. A lot of the battles are won from killing the opposing factions General so time is of the essence. Most of the losses we had we were on Drek while the Horde were on Vann but there were a few that were just total confusion, lack of focus and no teamwork. When there is no teamwork it really shows and really hurts. The Alliance has really been working well as a team lately for the most part as is evident by the fact that we are winning a respectable number of AV's again. Of course there was one where everyone turtled at SH and we lost on reinforcements but those are becoming fewer and fewer. Capping IBGY if not too heavily defended works out well too as you get that graveyard just a little before FWGY caps. Getting the towers is a MUST. What most people don't seem to realize is each tower is linked to a Warmaster, when the tower burns the Warmaster goes away. But each tower is also PLUS 25% health to Drek so if the 4 towers are up you have 4 Warmasters PLUS Drek at 200% health to deal with. Yes burning as many towers as you can is a must.

Scholomance 4/6/08
I helped out a friend with Wranngar in Scholomance today. He needed to do Imp Delivery for his Epic Warlock Mount quest. His character is Jacedic. He had another Druid along, Alleneva, to help out. It went pretty smooth. One of the smoothest Scholomance runs I have been on. We had no deaths and really didn't have any problems. We made our way to Rattlegore, killed some of the mobs around him, then killed him and got the Viewing Room Key. That went really smooth. Then we cleared our way to the viewing room, went through there, killed a couple mobs in the alchemy lab, and released the imp. He did what he had to do and we worked our way back out. All and all a quick easy run. We got the usual blues for drops off the bosses, nothing spectacular. I will give him a hand summoning the Dredsteed when he is ready. I will try to get some good screenshots of that whole process. Gomorra has all the mats to summon and has summoned 6 or 7 of them so far. You would think it would get easier each time but it doesn't :).

Daily's 4/6/08
I did most of my daily's on Wranngar today and made about another 80g. I knocked off early to help a friend in Scholomance and just didn't have time to do the bombing runs and a couple of the others. I spent most of the rest of my day in Alterac Valley. To see what daily's I do check out Daily's 4/5/08 and Daily's Part II 4/5/08.
Gomorra Fishing 4/6/08
I took Gomorra and did the daily fishing quest from Terokkar Forest. It was The One That Got Away. I am not sure if I will do it again, it was time consuming for what I got out of it. I got the quest right outside Shattarath City at Slymr Lake then switched to flight form and flew to Sunspring Lake in Nagrand. I got the fish (Worlds largest Mudfish) on my second cast but then I had to fly back. The flying was the time consuming part. For my efforts I received Bag of Fishing Treasures which contained 6g91s52c, Sharpened Fish Hookx6 and Razor Sharp Fillet Knife. Not really sure if it was worth the time.
Daily's Part II 4/5/08
After the battlegrounds I took Wranngar to the Shattered Sun Staging Area to do those daily's. The first 2 I did were Arm the Wards! and Further Conversions. They mobs you have to kill/convert are together so it is easy to do these 2 together. It took me less tan 10 minutes to get these 2 out of the way. I made a total of 18g20s from these 2 quests. Then I ran over to the gateway and did The Battle Must Go On. That took me less than 5 minutes and made me 10g10s. From there I did Taking the Harbor which got me another 11g99s. It took me about 10 minutes to do that one. After that I did Making Ready and one of the three parts of Know Your Key Lines. When I was done there I had to go back to the gateway and do the second part of Know Your Key Lines because I forgot to do it when I was there earlier. I then went and did the third part to that quest and turned in. I made a total of 23g98s for those two quests. Around this time Axeelina logged in so we did the last 2 bombing quests, The Air Strikes Must Continue and Intercept the Reinforcements together. That made me a combined 16g69s. I helped Axeelina do the other quests and get them out of the way before I had to log off. All together today I made 131g43s on daily quests :). Not too bad for the little bit of time it took me. Making all this gold I finally broke down and got the Meta Gem for my helm, Swift Skyfire Diamond.

Wranngar AV 04/05/08
I played Wranngar in 10 AV's tonight. It was a really bad night for the Alliance. We had 2 wins and 8 losses :(. There was some pretty poor playing on the Alliances part. In the first battle we managed to get TP, IBT and IBGY and that was about it. There seemed to be no focus in that battle. The next battle was hardly any better. The Alliance used the "Rush FWGY" strategy but didn't bother to cap IBT or TP. When it came down to the line and the Horde were on Vann we had to try Drek with 2 Warmasters in there with him. We failed. The next battle wasn't much different except we had TP and IBT but when we were on Drek and the Horde were on Vann we lost the race. The next battle we won but I didn't have much to do with it. I joined near the end and the Alliance killed Drek while I was on my way to Frostwolf Keep. After that I got into the next one at the start. It was almost a repeat of the second battle except the towers we didn't have when we had to take a try at Drek were East and West Frostwolf. I was trying to tank Drek with 2 Warmasters in with him and either the healer died or there were no heals. We lost that one. In the 6th battle we made a run to FWGY & FWRH. I died while defending FWRH and got sent all the way back to the Stormpike Aid Station in Dun Baldar :(. That is one of the downfalls of rushing FWGY & FWRH, when you die you get sent back to the start. Luckily Wranngar is a Druid and I am able to stealth back to the front lines, it just takes time because you move at reduced speed in Prowl (stealth). I worked my way back up to IBT but defending that until cap then moving on to TP was about as far as I got. We lost that one when the Horde killed Vann. We didn't have TP or either of the towers in Frostwolf Keep. The next one was a loss also. We had all the towers burned, Drek was without his warmasters and we were on him when the Horde killed Vann. The Horde are moving a lot faster now than they had to previous to the 2.4 patch. It is almost like the old AV, previous to 2.3, where you could rush to the opposing factions General and kill him. Of course now you have to have the towers down of you will be taking on Drek/Vann and 4 Warmasters. It seemed to take us a long time to cap IBGY & FWGY and that probably cost us the battle. Then we had another win! Offense worked their way to Frostwolf Keep through heavy defense. I was killed at FW Keep and got sent back to Dun Baldar. From there I just went defense as we were a ways into the game and the Horde were putting a lot of pressure on SPGY. This battle took awhile but we had Galv down, TP, IBT, East and West Frostwolf Towers burned, IBGY and FWGY capped. We won on reinforcements. The next 2 were losses. In one the only forward GY we had was FWRH, so needless to say everyone was spread out. I was going by SFGY, which was in the process of capping for the Alliance, when I noticed there was no one there. This is a problem I see a lot in all the battlegrounds, people claiming something then riding away before it caps. I went up and defended until it capped. It was a pretty easy job, I only had to defend against one Warlock. At that point we had a mid graveyard but it was already too late. We lost that one on reinforcements. We also lost the last one on reinforcements, we weren't even past TP when that one ended.
