The daily fishing quest from Marcia Chase (53,65), by the fountain in Dalaran, was Blood Is Thicker again... This doesn't surprise me. It is not because nothing in The World of Warcraft surprises me anymore, it is because the daily cooking and fishing quests, where you can get different quests, get stuck on the same quest for days at a time. This is not unusual and anyone who does them regularly just deals with it and hopes it doesn't get stuck on the worst one lol.
Here is how I do this one. I fly to the flight path in Unu'pe then head inland until I am just past the snow belt, around 76,43. For those without coords, just fly straight inland from the flight path until you get past the snow and look for a Marsh Caribou to kill. Killing one will cover you in blood for 3 minutes. (Today not only was I covered in blood, my Magnificent Flying Carpet was too. I don't even want to think about the dry cleaning bill for that.) Fly straight back to the shore and jump in the water around 79,51. This will create a blood pool and also remove the blood from you. All you have to do after that is fish the blood pool until you have 5 Bloodtooth Frenzy. This usually takes 2 casts as you get 2 or 3 a cast, usually 3. Head back to Dalaran and turn it in to Marcia Chase for your Bag of Fishing Treasures.
Today Gomorra got 9g89s12c, 3 Pygmy Oil and a Diamond-tipped Cane in his Bag of Fishing Treasures. For some reason Diamond-tipped Cane goes for around 120 gold on the auction house so I will auction that off. Wranngar's Bag of Fishing Treasures had 6g8s77c, 2 Elixirs of Water Walking, 4 Deviate Fish and a Worthless Piece of Orange Glass in it. Worthless is the key word in Worthless Piece of Orange Glass, I got 5c for it from a vendor. Not a great return but not a bad one, Gom got the Diamond-tipped Cane and that will bring in some gold.
I would really like to see what the other quests for this are but I guess I will have to wait until Blizzard gets their act together.

Sons of Hodir Daily's 4/21/09
I did my daily's for The Sons of Hodir on Gomorra but skipped them on Wranngar. Between the new patch, 3.1.1, being installed, then the problems they had and the late start, I got started pretty late. I also did a bunch of fishing on Gomorra and got his fishing skill to 398 so it was worth it. I did my usual daily's for The Sons of Hodir, Blowing Hodir's Horn, Hot and Cold, Polishing the Helm, Spy Hunter and Feeding Arngrim. These went really quick tonight, I think it was because I did them as soon as I was able to log on and there weren't too many people on yet. For anyone who is wondering how to unlock the daily's for The Sons of Hodir check out this earlier post: Unlocking The Sons of Hodir Daily's. It has all the information you need to unlock the daily's.
The daily cooking quest in Dalaran today was Convention at the Legerdemain again, no big surprise there. I ran over to the wine and cheese shop, One More Glass, and got my jug of wine, then cooked up some Northern Stew and delivered it to Arille Azuregaze, the bartender at The Legerdemain. He gave Gomorra 9g93s, a Dalaran Cooking Award and a Small Spice Bag with 3 Northern Spices and 5 Baby Spice in it. Sad to say this is about the best return Gom has had on this quest all week. Wranngar got 9g93s, a Dalaran Cooking Award and a Small Spice Bag with 5 Northern Spices and 5 Baby Spice in it. This was Wrann's best return all week too.

Black Jelly
Patch 3.1.0 brought us a new recipe, Black Jelly. It is a pretty nice recipe for a non-buff food recipe, it restores 18,000 health and 15,000 mana in 30 seconds. It requires 400 cooking skill to learn and takes 3 Borean Man O' War per piece. If you're Alliance you can learn this from Katherine Lee (41,65), in the kitchen of A Hero's Welcome in Dalaran. If you're Horde you can learn it from Awilo Lon'gomba (70,38), inside The Filthy Animal next to Krasus' Landing in Dalaran. You can also learn it from any other Grand Master Cooking Trainer. The cost of training is 5 gold.
Today I decided to go out and fish up some Borean Man O' War on Gomorra. I chose Gomorra instead of Wranngar because Wranngar's fishing skill is already 450 while Gomorra's is still under 400. To find these I turned on fish tracking/finding so the schools of fish would show up on my mini map, then flew along the coast of Borean Tundra. They're called Borean Man O' War for a reason lol. There are a lot less schools of them than I remember, probably a result of Patch 3.1.0 and the new recipe, but I did manage to catch 54 in a relatively short time. I already had 6 in the bank so that gave me 60, enough for one stack. I cooked up the Black Jelly for Gomorra which he will use sparingly.
That is about all the advice I have for catching the Borean Man O' War. If you don't have fish tracking/finding you will have to look for the schools which is a little harder but not impossible, I used to do it all the time on Gomorra before I got my Weather-Beaten Journal.
