Cheese for Glowergold - Daily Cooking 1/11/10

Today Katherine Lee (41,65), the Grand Master Cooking Trainer in the kitchen of A Hero's Welcome, had Cheese for Glowergold for Gomorra for the daily cooking quest.

This one had me running all around Dalaran looking for Half Full Dalaran Wine Glasses, you need 6. I got 3 in A Hero's Welcome, 2 at Cantrips and Crows Tavern in the Underbelly, and the last one on the table right outside One More Glass, the wine and cheese shop, which I had to go to anyway for the piece of Aged Dalaran Limburger. I found the Aged Dalaran Limburger on the table upstairs. Once I had all the ingredients I combined them on the platter by right clicking on it.

When I had the Wine and Cheese Platter made up I took it to Ranid Glowergold (36,28) at the Leatherworkers in the Magus Commerce Exchange and exchanged it for 9g93s, a Dalaran Cooking Award and a Small Spice Bag with 6 Northern Spices and another Dalaran Cooking Award in it. A great return on this one today.

Daily Fishing - Blood is Thicker 1/11/10

Today Marcia Chase (53,65), by the fountain in Dalaran, had Blood Is Thicker for Gomorra when he went to see her. The same thing as yesterday.

This had me taking the flight path to Un'upe in the Borean Tundra. Once there I flew inland until I found a Marsh Caribou to kill. Killing an animal covers you in blood which is part of the quest. Once I was covered in blood I flew back to the shore and jumped in, creating a blood pool. I fished the blood pool until I caught 5 Bloodtooth Frenzy. This doesn't take long as you catch them 2 or 3 at a time.

I took the 5 Bloodtooth Frenzy back to Marcia in Dalaran and traded them in for a Bag of Fishing Treasures. Today it had 9g3s51c, a Glow Worm and a Tower Key which I sold to a vendor for 16g66s66c. Not too bad a day of fishing.
