Yonezoe 5/22/08

I helped out Yonezoe with Wranngar today. The first thing we did was a run through Blackrock Depths, an instance. A friend Casandraa helped too and we had no problem. Yonezoe got a bunch of quests done and we had a pretty good time all in all. After that we went to Burning Steppes and she finished up some quests she had there, where she leveled up to 53, then we were off to Western Plaguelands. She only found a few quests in WPL but she got some more in Eastern Plaguelands. We worked on them for awhile then hearthed back to Shattrath so she could go to Honor Hold in Hellfire Peninsula and get training for her Jewelcrafting. Wranngar and Casandraa helped her run to Honor Hold as the area is over her level with everything being anywhere from 58-63 in level.

Battlegrounds 5/22/08

I fought in 4 Eye of the Storm battles today, we had 2 wins and 2 losses. I was on Wranngar and Axeelina joined me. We did pretty good in our two wins, we 3 capped and ran the flag. It was over pretty quick, the Horde didn't even hit 1,000 points. In the 2 we lost we had poor groups and a lot of AFK, AFK is still a big problem in all the battlegrounds.

Daily Battleground 5/22/08

Today's daily battleground was Arathi Basin. I did it on Wranngar with Axeelina. The Alliance was in pretty poor form today :(. It took 6 battles to get a win and the first 5 were really bad. There was no organization at all. We would go from a 4 cap to having no bases capped. People do not get the concept of defending, they claim a base and then they have to move on to the next one before it caps, leaving one if any to guard it. I left one battle (deserter), it was the 3rd time I have ever left a battle that I can remember. Anyway in the 6th battle we finally squeaked by with a win. The daily battleground pays 11g99s and 419 honor. Wranngar broke the 37,000 lifetime kill mark today so I was happy about that.

Western Plaguelands 5/21/08

I helped out Yonezoe with Wranngar today in Western Plaguelands. She leveled up to 51 right after I logged on, while I was off doing my daily's in Shattered Sun, then she leveled up to 52 in Western Plaguelands right before I had to log off. We did 7 or 8 quests in Western Plaguelands. Hopefully we will be able to move to Eastern Plaguelands soon, then Outlands when she hits 58.

Daily Cooking Quest 5/21/08

Today's cooking quest was Revenge is Tasty. I did it on Wranngar. I flew over to Skettis and had to kill 4 birds before I got the wing I needed. After that I flew back to Shattrath and cooked it up with 4 Warp Burgers. I picked Barrel of Fish for my reward but no recipe again today. The daily cooking quest pays 7g59s plus the reward.

Daily's 5/21/08

I did all my Shattered Sun daily's on Wranngar today. It took me about an hour and I made around 150 gold. I also did Gaining the Advantage and the daily cooking quest.

Burning Steppes 5/20/08

I took Wranngar to Burning Steeps today and helped Yonezoe do some quests there. We were able to burn right through them. We had to kill some Ogres, some Dragonkin and some Wolves, pretty easy stuff. I logged off early tonight because I was pretty tired.

Daily Battleground 5/20/08

The daily battleground today was Eye of the Storm. I did it Wranngar and we won the first battle I was in. We owned the Horde, it was a fast easy win. I went straight to FRR when the battle started and about 5 people came with me. FRR was pretty heavily guarded but we just ran right over them and took it away. We started with MT, FRR and BET, then took DR. We had the horde trapped on their rock and just ran the flag until we won, it took less than 5 minutes. The daily battleground pays 11g99s and 419 honor.

Daily Cooking Quest 5/20/08

I did the daily cooking quest on Wranngar. It was Soup for the Soul again. I got the Clefthoof I needed for it while I was doing Gaining the Advantage. I picked Barrel of Fish for my reward and got some fish but no recipe :(. The daily cooking quest pays 7g95s plus the reward.

Daily's 5/20/08

I did all my Shattered Sun daily's on Wranngar today. It took me about an hour and I made about 120 gold. It feels good to be sending gold to the bank again instead of taking it out. I also did Gaining the Advantage. I got 9 Heavy Clefthoof Leather doing that quest which I use to make the Clefthide Leg Armor.

Alterac Valley 5/19/08

I fought in 8 more AV's tonight on Wranngar, 3 wins and 5 losses. The major problem tonight was the amount of AFK in the battleground. In the last battle I was in more than 1/4 of our team was AFK. It is time for Blizzard to step up to the plate and take some kind of action to deter this. I think a first offense should be a week ban from battlegrounds, second offense, within a certain timeframe, a one month ban from battlegrounds and loss of any accumulated honor, third offense, within a certain timeframe, banned from battlegrounds for life and loss of all honor rewards and honor. I am sick of losing battles because so many people are AFK, they are taking a slot from someone who could be fighting. I get pretty aggravated by repeat AFK offenders and tend to go for harsh penalties, but something really needs to be done about the problem. Whatever is being done now does not seem to be deterring the same people from going AFK day after day.

Alterac Valley - Wranngar 5/19/08

I fought in 4 battles in Alterac Valley on Wranngar tonight. We won the first 2 and lost the last 2. In the first 2 we had a good group and dominated, in one of the last 2, I got in about 3/4 of the way through the battle, our group wasn't as good but we still did pretty good. In the first 2 battles the plan was to rush FWRH and we did, capping IBT and TP on the way. We didn't get Galv in either of our wins nor did we get him in our losses. We got all 4 towers capped and took down Drek no problem. In our first loss we made it all the way to FWRH but there was no real organization. We had IBT and TP in both battles but didn't get the Frostwolf Towers capped before the Horde killed Vann. I will probably go back in a little later and do a couple more.

Daily Battleground 5/19/08

Today's daily battleground was Eye of the Storm. I did it on Wranngar. We won the first battle I was in. Actually win is an understatement, we owned them :). We started out, oddly enough, with BET, FRR and DR while the Horde controlled MT, but they only controlled it for about 45 seconds before we took it back. After that we were killing them as they jumped off their rock. We ran the flag and it was all over in a few minutes. We won 2000/60. I spent the battle at FRR, when we got there I thought it was too well defended, there were 6 or 7 Horde there and only 4 of us but we cleaned house. The daily battleground pays 11g99s and 419 honor.
