Daily's 7/15/08

I only did a few of my daily's on Wranngar today and none on Gomorra, just didn't have the time. The ones I did were the daily fishing which was Felblood Fillet, the daily cooking which was Revenge is Tasty and my daily skinning which is Gaining the Advantage.

The daily fishing had Old Man Barlo (40,59), at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest, sending me out in search of a Monstrous Felblood Snapper. I went to the Pools of Aggonar (39,37) in Hellfire Peninsula to catch one. It took me over 20 casts to get one, this is one of those where you either get it in a couple casts or it takes you a lot. When I finally had it I turned it in for my Bag of Fishing Treasures which contained 6g76s87c, 6 Sharpened Fish Hooks and an Ornate Drinking Stein which I vendored for 11 gold.

The Rokk (61,15) in Shattrath had me going to Skettis to kill a Monstrous Kaliri for it's wing. I got the wing on the second kill and headed back to Shattrtah to cook up my Kaliri Stew. When I turned that in I picked Barrel of Fish for my reward and got a Goldenscale Vendorfish which I vendored for 6 gold, 6 Golden Darter and a Fisherman Knife. I think I will be picking Barrel of Fish for my reward from now on as the rewards are just better than Crate of Meat.

For Gaining the Advantage I headed over to Razorthorn Trail to kill and skin Ravagers for Nether Residue. It didn't take me too long to get the 8 I needed and I also got a bunch of meat. When I turned that in I got the usual 16g39s and a Major Rejuvenation Potion.

Daily's 7/2/08

I got all my Shattered Sun daily's done on Wranngar today and also did Gaining the Advantage. The Shattered Sun daily's didn't take me long, there were not many people around so I was able to get through them pretty quick. For Gaining the Advantage I went to Razorthorn Trail on the road between Terokkar Forest and Hellfire Peninsula and killed Ravagers for skinning. That didn't take long at all, the Mana Remnants we dropping pretty good, around 50%, and I got some Ravager meat out of it too. I made about 115 gold doing the Shattered Sun daily's after repairs and Gaining the Advantage pays 16g39s and a Major Rejuvenation Potion.

I did the daily fishing on both Wranngar and Gomorra today. It was Felblood Fillet. For that I headed over to Shadowmoon Valley to my spot (40,59) by Wildhammer Stronghold. I got one in 4 casts on Wranngar and the first cast on Gomorra. When I turned that in to Old Man Barlo (40,59) at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest for my Bag of Fishing Treasures Gomorra got 7g4s81c, 6 Sharpened Fish Hooks and a Giant Shark Tooth. Wranngar got 6g66s13c, 3 Elixirs of Water Walking and 3 pieces of Salvaged Scrap Metal. Nothing to exciting for either of them today but I am still looking forward to the good rewards.

The daily cooking today was Revenge is Tasty. I picked that up from The Rokk (61,15) in Shattrath and headed over to Skettis to kill a Monstrous Kaliri. I got the wing I needed on the first kill with Wranngar and the second kill on Gomorra. When I turned that in I picked Crate of Meat for my reward and got, on Wranngar, 12 pieces of Warped Flesh and a pair of Patchwork Gloves. Gomorra got 13 Chunks o' Basilisk and a pair of Patchwork Gloves. Nothing too exciting there but the meat will come in handy. They also got the 7g59s this quest pays.

Daily's 6/28/08

I really slacked off on my daily's today, I only did the daily fishing, which was Crocolisks in the City again, and the daily cooking, which was Revenge is Tasty. I did them on Wranngar. I spent most of my day in the battlegrounds although I did go to Dire Maul West and helped someone get their DreadSteed. I got the usual rewards from the daily's nothing exciting.

Daily's 6/26/08

I did some of my daily's today. I did the daily fishing, which was Bait Bandits and the daily cooking, which was Revenge is Tasty on both Wranngar and Gomorra plus I did Gaining the Advantage on Wranngar. The fishing went pretty quick and I got a nice reward on Wranngar. I flew over to the bridge by Tuurem (52,37) in Terokkar Forest to catch my Blackfin Darters. I got them in a few casts on each then flew over to Skettis to kill a Monstrous Kaliri and get my wing. I had t kill 4 on each before I got the wing. I flew back to Old Man Barlo (40,59) at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest and turned in the fishing quest for my Bag of Fishing Treasures. Gomorra got 7g35s1c, 3 Elixir of Water Walking and a Noble's Monocle which I sold to a vendor for 11 gold. Allakhazam says it goes for 125 gold on the auction house but I don't see that happening, it is a white item. Wranngar's Bag of Fishing Treasures had 6g99s25c, 4 Sharpened Fish Hooks, a Giant Shark Tooth and Spun Truesilver Fishing Line. The Spun Truesilver Fishing Line is one of the rewards that make doing the daily fishing quest worthwhile, it permanently adds +3 to your fishing skill. After that I flew over to The Rokk (61,15) in Shattrath and turned in the cooking. I picked Barrel of Fish for my reward on both and Wranngar got 6 Spotted Feltail, 5 Golden Darter, 2 Enormous Barbed Gill Trout and 3 Clean Fishbones. Gomorra got 9 Golden Darter, a Huge Spotted Feltail, an Enormous Barbed Gill Trout and a Ruined Fishing Net. The Golden Darter alone are worth 45 gold on the auction house and that is what makes doing the daily cooking worthwhile even though I have all the recipes now. They both got the 7g59s the daily cooking pays. After that I flew out to Nagrand and killed and skinned some Clefthoof for Gaining the Advantage, that didn't take me too long today and I turned it in for 16g39s and a Major Rejuvenation Potion which I sold as I already have too many of them. I will probably go later on and do my Shattered Sun daily's too.

Update: I did all my Shattered Sun daily's on Wranngar a little later. Everything was dropping good and there were not too many people around so I was able to get them done in about 40 minutes. I did the bombing run in one pass, finishing about 3/4 of the way through. I made around 120 gold for the little time it took me.

Daily's 6/19/08

I only did a few daily's today, the fishing, cooking and Gaining the Advantage on Wranngar, and the fishing and cooking on Gomorra. Today's fishing quest was Shrimpin' Ain't Easy. I flew out to my spot at Umbrafen Lake (78,74) in Zangarmarsh on Wranngar and got all my Giant Freshwater Shrimp in no time, then I got on Gomorra and did it again, it went quick for him too. In the process Wranngar's fishing leveled up to 365, only 10 more to go :). After I had all my Shrimp I flew back to Old Man Barlo (40,59) at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest and turned in for my Bag of Fishing Treasures. Wranngar's had 7g41s7c, 3 Elixir of Water Walking, and a Piece of Polished Driftwood, nothing too exciting there. Gomorra got 6g59s89c, 4 Sharpened Fish Hooks and 3 Motes of Water, nothing too good there either but I can use the motes to make Primal Mooncloth. Then I went to The Rokk (61,15) in Shattrath and got the daily cooking which was Revenge is Tasty and headed to Skettis on Wranngar. It took me 9 kills to get the wing I needed on Wranngar but when I went back on Gomorra he got his on the second kill. I went back to Shattrath and turned in. I picked Crate of Meat on both and Wranngar's had 6 pieces of Serpent Flesh, 6 pieces of Talbuk Venison and a Torn Furry Ear, again nothing too good there but the meat comes in handy. Gomorra got 8 pieces of Serpent Flesh, 6 pieces of Buzzard Meat and an Unidentified Eye which I guess is used for flavor. No new recipes today. The each got the 7g59s this quest pays. Then I headed out to Nagrand on Wranngar to kill and skin some Clefthoof for Gaining the Advantage. The Nether Residue just wasn't dropping today, I had to kill between 25 and 30 Clefthoof before I got my 8, usually I get it in less than 15 kills. I turned that in and got the 16g39s and the Major Rejuvenation Potion this quest pays. I may go back later and do the Shattered Sun daily's but I am not sure.
