I played Wranngar some more tonight. I got him to about the half way point. I was questing in Sholazar Basin. I did a few easy quests that gave some pretty good XP but then it was getting late so I had to log off. Hopefully I will get to level 78 tomorrow. I was toying with the idea of doing some battlegrounds when I hit 76 but then I wanted to get to 77 so I could fly in North Rend, now I think I will wait until 80 to do battlegrounds. I like being at the top of the food chain in the battlegrounds :). I also did the daily cooking and fishing quests today but didn't get anything exciting from them. I think tomorrow is the last day I need to do them before I get the Achievement for doing a daily 5 consecutive days.

Wranngar 12/22/08
I got Wranngar to 77 this morning. Now I can fly in North Rend. That is a relief. You don't know how useful something is until it's gone. I was questing in Sholazar Basin from the Nesingwary Base Camp. A lot of pretty easy quests including one where I had to ride a Mamoth and kill some Dragon Queen. I hate quests where you have to use something else to fight. Usually you can't control it and the weapons/attacks they give you don't seem to work too well. This one was the exception. The quest was Post-partum Aggression and it took me 2 tries to get it done. The first time I did it I figured out what I needed to do and the second time I did it I got it done easily. I had to summon Helmut Nesingwary to help me kill the thing. He was laying down traps and all I really had to do was keep luring it over them, they did the most damage. I would smack it once in awhile to keep it interested but mostly just ran it over the traps.
That got me really close, then I cleaned up a couple other quests that were a little scattered and that got me to 77. I paid my 1,000 gold and got my "Cold Weather Flying Training" done, did my Druid training, used my talent point and then did the daily fishing and cooking quests. Didn't really get anything good from those, got some fish from the cooking. I will probably have some more time to get on and play later so maybe I can get half way to 78. All of 78 is rested except for less than half a bar. The first quest I get done will push that over the edge.Update:
I played Wranngar for a little bit more tonight but didn't get back on as early as I had hoped. I got another 4 bars of XP and all the rest of level 78 is rested. I am still questing in Sholazar Basin and will probably quest there until they run out. I did a few quests and they were pretty easy, even easier now that I am flying there. I will try to work on him some more tomorrow but I also want to work on Wrangar who is only 2 levels away from North Rend and 4 levels away from flight.

Wranngar 12/21/08
I played Wranngar for awhile today in Sholazar Basin. I can get the quests there now and there are a lot of them. They are pretty easy and I am getting XP pretty quick. I only have 4 1/4 bars to go until 77. When I hit 77 I will be able to take the training, for a nominal fee, to be able to fly in North Rend. That will suck up 1,000 gold. But it will be worth it to be able to fly there, it will make questing easier and faster. I got a lot of Borean Leather today while I was questing and worked on my leatherworking some. I got my leatherworking up to 408 and my first aid to 432. My cooking skill is still 400 and my fishing is 378. I am trying to work on my skills as I go along but will probably finish leveling them up when I hit 80. Right now I just want to get to level 77 so I can fly. I found out that the Arctic Fur I have been getting goes for between 50 and 70 gold on the auction house per piece :). I am not sure if I will need it or not so I am hanging onto it for now. I have 9 pieces.

Wranngar 12/20/08
I got Wranngar to level 76 tonight and the whole level to 77 is rested. I never thought I would get through 75 but I found that a flask of mojo I was carrying around actually started a quest and from there it just snowballed into more and more quests. I will probably look for another place to quest tomorrow because pretty much all I have left in Zul'Drak are group and dungeon quests. I have been doing the daily fishing and cooking quests too to get the 5 consectuive days of daily quests Achievement. I think I have 2 days left to go. I went to Stormwind and got my Druid training and used my talent point then headed back to North Rend.

Wranngar 12/16/08
I got Wranngar to level 75 tonight. It is going pretty quick with all the XP these quests pay, over 20,000 for most, and the fact that I was on rested XP. All of level 76 is rested too so I should be able to get through that pretty quick. If I keep going at the rate I am I will catch up with the rested XP in level 77 for sure. After I hit 75 I went to Stormwind and trained then out to SouthShore and up to Alterac Mountains to finish the Feast of Winter Veil quest I started the other day. There was no one there, I rode up, dismounted, killed the Yeti and was on my way back to Ironforge to hand in. Much better than the other day when there were 50 people there. I will work on Wranngar some more tomorrow and see if I can get him to 76. Then it is only one more level until I can fly in North Rend.
Wranngar 12/15/08
I played Wranngar for awhile tonight and got in over a half level so I am over half way to 75. I will probably hit 75 tomorrow, then only one more level until I can get back into the battlegrounds for a little PvP. I can't wait. I started off questing in Grizzly Hills then moved on to Zul'Drak. Questing is pretty easy there and I am getting a lot of XP pretty quick. That is going to help as far as leveling quicker. I don't think I have done a quest in North Rend that wasn't at least yellow. I spent most of my night in Zul'Drak disguised as a Scourge and doing quests for the Scourge. That was all to build up their trust so I could find out their secret. Now I have one finaly quest in that chain to do to complete it but I failed on my first try tonight. After that I decided to call it a night as it was getting late so that will be the first one I do tomorrow when I log on. Hopefully by the time I log off I will be 75 :).

Wranngar 12/14/08
I played Wranngar for a few hours today and got him to level 74. The whole level to 75 is rested so it shouldn't take too long to get there. I did some Feast of Winter Veil quests today on him after I leveled. I went and got my training done then when I went to Stormwind to catch the boat back to North Rend I saw the Christmas Revelers out so I knew it had started. I hung out in Ironforge for awhile in my snowman disguise. After I got them done I went back to Grizzly Hills and did some more questing. Manual: Heavy Frostweave Bandage dropped for me today while I was questing, I was pretty happy about that. It is a BoP drop and I thought it would take forever to get it. Now I can level my first aid to 450. I got 3 bars of XP after I leveled and I hope to be 75 by Tuesday.

Wranngar 12/09/08
I played Wranngar for a while tonight and got him to level 73. I was questing in Dragonblight today and got a lot of quests cleared out of my log. Arkantose, one of the guildies, helped me out on a couple of the group ones so I got them done too. I wouldn't have done them for a couple more levels, if at all, but with his help they were pretty easy. I definitely could not have solo'd them and I don't really like grouping. It was good to get them out of the way and I got some good XP from them too. All of level 74 is rested on Wranngar so I will be playing him more during the week while I let Wrangar rest up a bit. I need to work on his leather working a little and start getting that leveled up too. After I leveled I went and got my training done, used my talent point and headed back to North Rend. I have one more quest in the Borlean Tundra to get done then I should be done there. I think I will be heading into Grizzly Hills next to quest.

Wrangar 12/08/08
I played Wrangar for a bit tonight. I got a few bars on him but stopped when I ran out of rested XP. I was questing in Nagrand tonight. I got my skinning to 425 and got a lot of leather. I don't know how high I will be able to get my skinning in the Outlands, I think I can get it to 450 there, it is just going to take a lot of skinning. The levels in skill are few and far between now because of the level of the mobs I am skinning. I am having no problem playing a Deathknight and I like it. I wasn't sure I would because I had a Warrior once, my first character actually, and I didn't really like it at all. I went to North Rend to see if I could learn any more bandages for my first aid and there was nothing. I looked it up and the manual for the next bandages is a BoP drop off a mob :(. I guess it is going to take me a while to get that as it drops off mobs in North Rend. I think I will get Wrangar to 65 tomorrow though, then I might try for a Worg Pup. I have the quest, I just have to go in and get one. This is a picture of a Death Gate, it is what Deathknights use to transport back to Ebon Hold.

Wranngar 12/07/08
I played Wranngar for a while tonight and got a few bars of XP. I was questing in Dragonblight in North Rend. The questing is pretty easy if a little time consuming, they have you running all over the place and everything is far apart. I got some of my skills leveled up a little bit today, I got my cooking to 399 and my Leatherworking up to 380. I got a few more Leatherworking patterns too. I took a bunch of the meat I was storing in the guild bank and cooked it up for the guild to use. We were really running low on food. I cooked up a bunch of food for Wrangar too from meat he sent me. I am taking all the Knothide Leather Scraps he is sending me and turning them into Knothide Leather. I will then turn that into Heavy Knothide Leather. I also made Wrangar a Bag of Many Hides, it is a 24 slot Leatherworking bag. His bags were filling up too fast from all the leather he was skinning and now when he skins something it automatically goes right into that bag. I still have a lot of rested XP on Wranngar and will play him some more tomorrow.

11/30/08
I worked on both my Druid Wranngar and my DeathKnight Wrangar tonight. I got Wrangar to level 61 and got his training done. I was questing around the Temple of Telhmat in Hellfire Peninsula for the most part. I also went to North Rend with him so I could get Grand Master First Aid training. He can now level his first aid skill to 450, he currently has a first aid skill of 390. I was playing Wranngar in North Rend and have him about 3/4 of the way to level 72. Right now I am questing in Dragon Blight. I am not finding the quests difficult there, they are easy and go pretty fast. I am starting to fill out my Alpha Map again with the locations of quest items/points so when I come through on Wrangar they will all be right on my map. I hope to get on tomorrow and get Wranngar to level 72 and maybe get Wrangar to level 62.

Wranngar 11/29/08
I played Wranngar some more this morning. I got a few bars in and went to Darnassus to train. I got a few new ranks to my skills. I am assuming that I will train every level from 70 to 80 just like I did from 60 to 70. I did a bunch of quests in North Rend but didn't seem to get many bars out of them. It is going to take me awhile to get to 80 as I just don't have the time to play anymore like I used to and I also have my DeathKnight Wrangar that I am leveling up too. Wrangar is level 60 now. I am going to try and get on again later tonight and then some more tomorrow. I would like to get Wranngar to 73 and Wrangar to at least 61 before the weekend is over.

Wranngar 11/28/08
I played Wranngar for a few hours tonight and got him to level 71. It wasn't too bad and I am getting back into leveling. The amount of XP needed for each level is so much that even when you are getting 20,000 to 25,000 XP per quest it doesn't seem like much. I was questing in North Rend and the quests aren't hard at all. For some reason I am having a little trouble finding my way around but am starting to get used to it. I still haven't gotten any good gear from either drops or quests. I suppose some of it is good if you went there wearing greens to begin with.

North Rend 11/16/08
I did a little more questing on Wranngar in North Rend tonight. I didn't get to get on earlier like I had hoped so I only had a little while to play. I am about half way to 71 now. I did a lot of exploring, opened up the maps some more, and did a few quests. I had my first death in North Rend and it wasn't a mob that killed me, I ran off a balcony because I thought I was going to be going down a flight of stairs. Instead I fell about 4 stories and died. Tomorrow night I hope to have more time to play.

North Rend 11/15/08
I finally got on and was able to play again. I installed Wrath of the Lich King yesterday and figured I would try it out. I got on the boat and took off for North Rend. By the time the load screen cleared I was already pulling out of North Rend. I tried a few more times but had the same problem. I didn't have enough RAM (Memory). I went out today and picked up another GIG of RAM and installed it then tried again, the difference was incredible. I knew I was in trouble a couple patches ago when I stared getting a lot of lag and 1 fps in Shattrath but I didn't think I wouldn't be able to get off the boat :). I did some quests in North Rend on Wranngar and got 6 bars XP. A lot of people are playing with this new expansion, there are queues up to 90 minutes to log in on Aman'Thul. I did a bunch of exploring which is what I usually do in a new place and got a few quests done. I haven't gotten any really good drops yet and no rewards that are better than what I am currently wearing. I will play some more tomorrow morning when there hopefully won't be such a long queue time.
