Daily Cooking Quest 5/8/08

I did the daily cooking quest on both Gomorra and Wranngar. It was Revenge is Tasty. I picked the Barrel of Fish on Wranngar and got some Furious Crawdadx6 and some other fish. On Gomorra I also picked the Barrel of Fish and finally got a recipe. I got Recipe: Skullfish Soup and Furious Crawdadx4. On the auction house Furious Crawdadx10 goes for about 15g :). I cook it up and use it though. This quest also pays 7g59s.

Battleground's 5/8/08

I did a bunch of battlegrounds on Wranngar today. I did one AV, which we lost, and an AB which we also lost. Axeelina was in all of them with me. We also did 6 EoS, all of which we won :). The AV started off ok and it looked like we were making progress. We got TP & IBT capped and had IBGY for awhile. Then it seemed like the Horde just took off and overwhelmed our defense. We lost when the Horde killed Vann, I never even got to see Drek. We did one WSG, which was the daily, and we won that. The Alliance was owning in EoS though. We fought in 6 battles and won 6 battles. The closest one was 2000/1740. We really cleaned up on the others too. We had a couple 4 caps and I ran the flag quite a few times. I had a really good time and maxed out my Eye of the Storm Mark of Honor today, you can only have 100 at a time.

I went back into EoS one more time tonight and we won that one too. It was the Alliance's night in EoS :).

Daily Battleground 5/8/08

The daily battleground today was Warsong Gulch. I did it on Wranngar with Axeelina and a couple people from Axeelina's guild, K E K. We won the first battle 3/1. It wasn't too bad. I tried to run the flag a couple times but got cut down before I got more than half way back to our base. I was glad we won the first one because I hate WSG. This daily pay's 11g99s and 419 honor.

Daily's Wranngar 5/8/08

I did all my daily's on Wranngar today, Shattered Sun, Shadowmoon Valley, Throne of Kil'Jaeden, Blades Edge and Nagrand. Axeelina did the Outlands quests with me. All together I made a little over 350 gold today. I paid Axeelina the last 1,000 gold I owed her so I am all square and sending gold to the bank again :).

Daily's Gomorra 5/8/08

I did all the Shattered Sun daily's on Gomorra today, I'm not sure if I will go back later and do the Outlands quests on him or not. Axeelina showed up as I was finishing. The Shattered Sun quests are pretty easy and quick to do and I made around 100g for the little time it took me. I am starting to send gold to the bank again so that should start piling up :).

Battlegrounds 5/7/08

I did 14 battles in AV on Wranngar today. It was the daily battleground again. We had 7 wins and 7 losses, the Alliance was running about 50% in the battles I was in. The strategies that are still working are rush IBGY and rush FWGY. Rushing FWRH seems to still work once in awhile but not often enough as far as I am concerned. A lot of our losses were due to people not working together as usual. When the Alliance can get it's act together and work together we have no problem winning. When everyone runs off and does their own thing we don't have as good luck. One problem I see that is on the rise again is everyone running to Glav at the start of the battle. Doing Galv at the start is an almost guaranteed loss but people still do it and, after losing doing that, will do it again next battle. We had one loss where we had Drek down to 3% health when the Horde killed Vann so we had some really close battles. The daily battleground quest for this pays 11g99s and 419 honor. Wranngar passed the 34,000 lifetime kill mark last night :).

Shadow Labs 5/7/08

I was doing my daily battleground today on Wranngar when Axeelina asked me if I could help them in Shadow Labs. Shadow Labs is a dungeon in the Bone Wastes. They summoned me out of the battleground, which got me the deserter debuff :(. They were already pretty close to the last boss so we got right on him pretty quick. Our first attempt didn't work out too well for us, we wiped. I figured I would be better off on Gomorra as Axeelina was tanking and with Gomorra I could stay back farther and get out of range of the bosses AOE. It took us a couple more tries but we got him down. Then everyone wanted to do the daily heroic which was Heroic Mana Tombs. I couldn't do it because I don't have the key so I went back into the battlegrounds.

Daily's 5/7/08

I only did my daily's on Wranngar today. I did all the Shattered Sun daily's along with the cooking daily and the daily battleground. all together I made about 150g.

Daily Cooking Quest 5/7/08

Today's cooking quest was Manalicious. I did it on Wranngar. I had to go out to the Eco-Dome and pick 15 mana berries. A really simple quest, it takes all of 5 minutes if that. I flew out to the Eco-Dome and picked them but while I was doing that I was also killing and skinning for my other quest Gaining The Advantage so I was killing two birds with one stone. I turned this in and got 7g59s plus I picked Crate of Meat for my reward.

Daily Cooking Quest 5/6/08

The daily cooking quest today was Revenge is Tasty. I did it on both Wranngar and Gomorra. It is a pretty easy quest. I had to fly to Skettis then fly around and get a giant Kaliri to attack me in the air and lure it to the ground so I can kill it. This can be tricky as they can dismount you from your flying mount so it is a good idea to stay over the water until you get close to the ground. Once it is dead hopefully it drops a wing but today I had to kill 2 on Gomorra before I got a wing. Once I had the wing I cooked it up with a couple Warp Burgers in the special pot you get with the quest. This quest pays 7g59s and your choice of Crate of Meat or Barrel of Fish. I picked Crate of Meat on both and got some meat, nothing special, no recipes.

Battlegrounds 5/6/08

I played Wranngar in 5 AV's today. It was the daily battleground. We had 2 wins and 3 losses. I got to tank Drek in one and I tanked Galv in a couple. In one of the battles we won we rushed FWGY, at least some of us did, 4 of us made it there but we held it until it capped :). Then we got 3 of the towers but could not get IBT. We thought IBT was going to cap so we were all waiting to win on reinforcements when the Horde took IBT back with 2 seconds left. We had to really hustle and take down Drek, but we did. We also got Galv in that one and had IBGY. In our other win we rushed IBGY and got that along with TP, IBT and Galv. While we were waiting for those to cap we moved forward and got FWGY, FWRH and the the West Frostwolf Tower. The horde had 2 towers up but they were prodding Vann and he was screaming like a little girl so we took Drek with one tower up. In the 3 games we lost one was really close, we were in the process of capping the FW E & W Towers when the Horde killed Vann. They had 2 towers up. The other 2 losses were just poor teamwork and lack of coordination, one ended in a turtle. I did get a lot of kills though :). The daily for this pays 11g99s and 419 honor.

Daily's 5/6/08

I did my daily's on both Wranngar and Gomorra today. I did all of them on Wranngar and did the Shattered Sun, Throne of Kil'Jaeden and Shadowmoon Valley on Gomorra. Axeelina did the outlands quests with me on Wranngar and Jacedic did the Shadowmoon Valley one with us. All together I made about 450 gold. I am on track to pay Axeelina back in full tomorrow :).

Battlegrounds 5/5/08

I fought in 5 AV's tonight on Wranngar. We had 2 wins and 3 losses. We had some pretty good battles though even the losses. The first win we had we rushed FWRH, which I don't approve of as it only seems to work about 1 out of 10 times, some people stopped off to cap towers, and after we had FWRH going we got E & W FW Towers. We had all 4 towers down, FWRH & FWGY capped when we went in for Drek. We were able to put him out of his misery pretty quick and easy. The next battle most the same people were back and they wanted to try rushing FWRH again. It didn't work that time. We only had IBT capped and that was pretty late in the battle. We had some pretty good defense in most of our battles and that made a lot of difference in the wins. The other battle we won we got IBGY, TP & IBT then moved on to FWGY & FWRH. Once we had those going we took the E & W FW Towers and then took Drek with 1 tower still up. In the losses we had the Horde were really playing heavy in defense. I don't think we got Galv in any of the battles I was in. One of our losses the Horde won on reinforcements and the other 2 they killed Vann. Not a really good night for the Alliance in AV but I have had worse. I had a lot of fun and killed a lot of Horde :).
