Wrangar 12/19/08

I played Wrangar for a while tonight and got about a third of the way through level 66. I was questing in Blades Edge out of Evergrove. The quests are pretty easy and the mobs are only a couple levels higher than me so I get good XP off them and they are easy to kill. I sent a bunch of Knothide Leather Scraps and Knothide Leather to Wranngar to make into Heavy Knothide Leather. I have 4 stacks of Heavy Knothide Leather now but am hanging onto them because it is only going for about 50 gold a stack on the auction House. I also turned all my Borean Leather Scraps into Borean Leather. I ended up with about 6 stacks of Borean Leather when I was done. That is in the bank because I can use it on Wranngar for leather working.

Wrangar 12/17/08

I played Wrangar tonight and got him to level 66. I was questing in Blades Edge at the time. As soon as I hit 66 I made a Death Gate and took it back to Ebon Hold for my training. After that was done I went back to questing. In Nagrand, before I headed to Blades Edge to see if I could get any quests, I rescued Corki for the second time. He keeps wandering off and getting captured by the Ogres then his father puts up some kind of reward for his return. I think they should just break his legs, that would keep him closer to home. I think I have one, maybe two, more rescues to go for him. Anyway questing in Blades Edge should give me good XP. I rode from there to Toshley's Station and got the flight path, Evergrove and got that flight path then over to Area 51 and got that one too. I was going to leave it at that but decided to see if I could make it to The Stormspire. I made it no problem, got attacked by a level 69 lion but took him down without any trouble, and got the flight point there too. I should be all set now on flight points as I move along. I only have about half of 67 rested so I will go back on Wranngar and let Wrangar rest up some.

Wrangar 12/09/08

I played my Deathknight Wrangar for awhile today and got him to level 65. I made a Death Gate and went to Ebon Hold to get my training done. He is making pretty good progress. I am questing in Nagrand and seem to be able to get quite a few quests so I am going with it. When I get to 66 I will see if I can start in Blades edge. Keeping all the quests yellow and orange gives me a lot of XP and they are still usually soloable. I would rather quest alone than in a group, less squabbling and you never have to wait for anyone. I think I will work on my Herbalism and maybe fishing tomorrow. Cooking too. That way I won't use up any of my rested XP and can build it up. My skinning is still at 425 because I didn't really have any quests that called for killing anything I could skin. I skinned anything that someone left and looted and a couple things that attacked me but I didn't get a level out of it.

Daily's 6/25/08

I did some of my daily's on Wranngar and Gomorra today. I did the daily fishing quest which was Crocolisks in the City, the daily cooking which was Super Hot Stew on both and Gaining the Advantage on Wranngar. For the fishing I went to Stormwind and fished in the canal right outside the Mage Quarter where you portal in. I got my Baby Crocolisk in just a few casts on each then headed back to Shattrath. I turned that in to Old Man Barlo (40,59) at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest for my Bag of Fishing Treasures and got, on Wranngar 7g13s68c, 4 Sharpened Fish Hooks and a Rusted Lock. Gomorra got 6g95s71c, 4 Sharpened Fish Hooks and a Mithril Shaving Razor that I sold to a vendor for 11 gold. Then I headed over to Forge Camp Terror in Baldes Edge to cook up my Demon Broiled Surprise. I took the mats out of the guild bank as I have a lot in there from the daily cooking so all I had to do was kill an elemental and cook it over his remains. I headed back to The Rokk (61,15) in Shattrath and turned that in. I picked Barrel of Fish on both and Wranngar got 6 Golden Darter, 5 Furious Crawdad and a Silver Hook. Gomorra got 4 Spotted Feltail, 6 Zangarian Sporefish, 2 Huge Spotted Feltail and a Fisherman Knife. I got some good fish out of those that I cooked up and put in the guild bank. They also both got the 7g59s that this quest pays. I headed over to Hellfire Peninsula to kill some Razorfang for Gaining the Advantage and also got some meat while I was doing that. I turned that in for 16g39s and a Major Rejuvenation Potion. I have 30 Major Rejuvenation Potion in the guild bank so I sold that one. I will go later and do the daily battleground which is Eye of the Storm and I will also try to get my Shattered Sun daily's done.

Update: I did all my Shattered Sun daily's on Wranngar later on tonight. I did them with Yonezoe and we were able to knock them all out in about 40 minutes. The Shattered Sun daily's are quick, easy, and give you some good gold for the little effort it takes you. I like to do them in a different order every day to break up the boredom. I can usually do the bombing quest in one run but with 2 of us doing it there is no doubt we will have it done in one run. I made 117 gold for these, after repairs, including coin drops.

Daily's 6/18/08

I did all my Shattered Sun daily's on Wranngar, as well as the daily cooking, which was Super Hot Stew again and Gaining the Advantage which pays 16g39s and a Major Rejuvenation Potion. I did the daily fishing which was Crocolisks in the City on both Wranngar and Gomorra. I grabbed two Mok'Nathal Shortribs and one Crunchy Serpent out of the guild bank and headed over to Forge Camp Terror in Blades Edge on Wranngar to cook up my Demon Broiled Surprise over an Elemental I killed. Once I had that done I flew back to Shattrath and handed it in to The Rokk (61,15). I picked Crate of Meat for my reward and got 12 pieces of Serpent Flesh and a pair of Patchwork Gloves plus the 7g59s this quest pays. Then I headed to Stormwind to catch a Baby Crocolisk for the daily fishing quest. I got one on my second cast on Wranngar and my seventh cast on Gomorra. I went back to Shattrath and flew over to Old Man Barlo (40,59) at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest and turned in. Wranngar got, in his Bag of Fishing Treasures, 7g6s79c, 3 Elixir of Water Walking and 3 Jaggal Pearls. Gomorra got 6g82s38c, 4 Sharpened Fish Hooks and a Rusted Lock. As you can see nothing great in either of those. I did the Shattered Sun Daily's with Heimdahl and we were able to get those out of the way in no time at all. I ended up sending 150 gold to the bank today, not too bad. I am going to get back into doing my daily's more often now that Yonezoe will be 70 soon. Update: I went back a little later and did the daily cooking quest on Gomorra I grabbed a piece of Crunchy Serpent and a Mok'Nathal Shortrib and headed over to Forge Camp Terror (29,78) in Blades Edge. After I got there and killed an Elemental I realized I only grabbed one Mok'Nathal Shortrib instead of two so I had to fly over and kill a couple Raptors to get another one. Once I had that I cooked it up and flew back to Forge Camp Terror and killed another Elemental then I was able to make my Demon Broiled Surprise. I flew back to The Rokk (61,15) in Shattrath and picked Crate of Meat for my reward. I got 16 pieces of Serpent Flesh, which I cooked into Crunchy Serpent and put in the Guild Vault because we were getting low, a Hunting Knife and the 7g39s this daily pays. Nothing exciting there today.

Yonezoe 6/16/08

Yonezoe had a few elite quests to finish up in Blades Edge today so we got those out of the way and moved on to Area 52 in Netherstorm. I was on Wranngar and actually did a quest there that I hadn't done yet, it paid 11g99s so that wasn't too bad. I got it done while helping Yonezoe with her quests. There might be a few more there I can grab too and I know the farther we go into Netherstorm the more quests I will find that I haven't done. The nice thing about them is they pay well in gold now instead of rewards for me. Yonezoe had to log off and it was getting late here so we will work on some more tomorrow.

Yonezoe - Blades Edge 6/13/08

I helped Yonezoe some more in Blades Edge tonight on Wranngar. She got a lot of quests done, everything they had for her at Toshley's Station, during which I was able to get my daily cooking quest done, and then we moved on to Evergrove in Blades Edge. There were more quests there that we did, a bunch of them, and she got a lot more XP out of there. She now has about 7 bars to go before she levels up to 67. There are still a bunch of quests left to do in Blades Edge before we move on to Netherstorm. Hopefully she will get to 70 this weekend. Once she hit's 70 I want to spend a couple weeks doing the daily's for gold and we also need to start doing the Netherwing quests every day if we are going to get Netherdrake Epic Flying Mounts.

Daily Cooking 6/13/08

Today's cooking quest was Super Hot Stew. I did it on Wranngar while I was helping Yonezoe in Blades Edge. I got all the meat I needed while helping her kill Raptors and Wind Serpents for quests she had. When she had to take a break to do something on Axeelina I cooked the meat and flew over to Forge Camp Terror, killed an elemental and cooked my stew over it's carcass. When I turned it in I got the Barrel of Fish for my reward along with the 7g59s this quest pays. The Barrel of Fish had 4 Golden Darter, 5 Zangarian Sporefish, an Enormous Barbed Gill Trout and a Fisherman Knife, nothing too good today and no new recipe :(. Better luck tomorrow.

Yonezoe - Nagrand 6/13/08

I helped Yonezoe with some quests in Nagrand today. I helped her with Wranngar. We did The Ring of Blood quests, finishing with The Final Challenge. She had 3 epic geared level 70's helping her, plus a level 66 Druid, so it went pretty smooth, smoothest Ring of Blood I have ever been involved in. We worked our way through the quests and when they were completed she picked Mogor's Anointing Club for her reward. During the Ring of Blood quest chain she leveled to 66 making her eligible for the Wanted: Durn the Hungerer quest. When we were done in Ring of Blood she went and got that quest and then set out to find him while everyone was still there. When we found him someone else had just attacked him so we pitched in and gave them a hand taking him down. Then we had to wait for him to respawn which didn't take too long. We took him down fast and easy after he respawned. I think that is about all the quests she will find in Nagrand so she will go back to Blades Edge where she started questing yesterday.

Yonezoe 6/12/08

I helped Yonezoe in Blades Edge with Wranngar tonight. We knocked out a bunch of quests in a couple hours. Yonezoe is level 65 now so she only has 5 more levels to go to reach 70 :). From Blades Edge we will move on to Netherstorm which is the last stop and usually where people finally hit 70.

Daily Cooking 6/11/08

Today's cooking quest was Super Hot Stew, I did it on Wranngar and Gomorra. I flew over to Blades Edge on Wranngar and killed Wind Serpents and Raptors I needed until I had enough meat for both him and Gomorra, then I cooked it up and flew over to Forge Camp Terror. I killed an elemental and cooked up the stew over the carcass. I flew back to Shattrath and turned it in. I mailed the extra meat I got to Gomorra then logged over to him and did it again. I picked Barrel of Fish on both and Wranngar got 5 Zangarian Sporefish, 4 Figluster's Mudfish and 2 Clean Fishbones. Nothing good there but I cooked up the fish and put it in the guild bank for anyone who needs it. Gomorra got 5 Zangarian Sporefish, 4 Spotted Feltail, a Huge Spotted Feltail and a Ruined Fishing Net. Nothing good there either but I cooked up the fish and put it in the guild vault. They each got 7g59s for this daily.

Daily Cooking 6/4/08

I did the daily cooking on both Wranngar and Gomorra today, it was Super Hot Stew. I flew over to Blades Edge on Wranngar and killed some Wind Serpents and Raptors until I had enough meat for both Wranngar and Gomorra then I cooked it up and headed over to Forge Camp Terror to kill an elemental. Once I had one down I cooked up the stew in the cooking pot provided and headed back to Shattrath. After I turned it in I logged over to Gomorra, got the meat out of the Guild Vault Wranngar put in there for him and flew over to Forge Camp Terror, cooked it up over and elemental carcass and headed back to Shattrath to turn in. I picked Crate of Meat for both, following the plan to pick that all week, and got for Gomorra, Chunk o' Basiliskx16 and two Large Fang's which I use in leather working. Wranngar got, Talbuk Venisonx6, Chunk o' Basiliskx6 and a Large Hoof. I guess you grind that up and put it in whatever you're cooking to give it texture or character or something :). No new recipes today, better luck tomorrow. They each also got 7g59s for the cooking quest.

Daily Cooking 6/1/08

I did the daily cooking on both Wranngar and Gomorra today. It was Super Hot Stew. I had to fly out to Blades Edge and kill some Wind Serpents and Raptors to get the meat I needed. I got all the meat for both on Wranngar and that saved me from having to kill them again on Gomorra. Once I had the meat I cooked it up then I flew over to Forge Camp Terror and killed an elemental to cook it over his remains in the special cooking pot provided. Didn't take me too long. For Wranngar I picked Barrel of Fish for my reward and, on top of the 7g59s that the quest pays I got: Furious Crawdadx5, Golden Darterx5 and a Hoop Earring. For Gomorra I also picked Barrel of Fish and got: Spotted Feltailx5, Zangarian Sporefishx5 and a pair of Moldy Leather Boots. I find the fact they were packed in with my fish kind of disturbing. I also got the 7g59s cash reward. Starting tomorrow I am going to pick Crate of Meat on both toons for a week and see if I can get the recipes I still don't have.

Daily Cooking 5/29/08

I did the daily cooking quest today on Wranngar. It was Super Hot Stew again for the third day in a row, this one is getting old. I had to go to Blades Edge and kill some Wind Serpents and Lashtail Raptors to get some meat. Once I had that I cooked it up and flew over to Forge Camp Terror and killed an elemental. I cooked my stew over his carcass and was done. I picked Barrel of Fish for my reward but no recipe again today. The daily cooking quest pays 7g59s plus the reward which was some good fish. I didn't bother doing it on Gomorra as it was the same quest for the third day in a row.

Daily's Wranngar 5/8/08

I did all my daily's on Wranngar today, Shattered Sun, Shadowmoon Valley, Throne of Kil'Jaeden, Blades Edge and Nagrand. Axeelina did the Outlands quests with me. All together I made a little over 350 gold today. I paid Axeelina the last 1,000 gold I owed her so I am all square and sending gold to the bank again :).

The daily cooking quest was Super Hot Stew again. I did it on Wranngar and had to go to Blades Edge and kill some Wind Serpents and Lashtail Raptors to get some meat. Once I had that I cooked it up and flew over to Forge Camp Terror and killed an elemental. I cooked my stew over his carcass and was done. I picked the meat crate and got some meat, nothing special. This quest pays 7g59s.

The daily cooking quest was Super Hot Stew again. I did it on Wranngar and had to go to Blades Edge and kill some Wind Serpents and Lashtail Raptors to get some meat. Once I had that I cooked it up and flew over to Forge Camp Terror and killed an elemental. I cooked my stew over his carcass and was done. I picked the meat crate and got some meat, nothing special. This quest pays 7g59s. I need to get some new shots for the cooking quests, these are getting old lol.

Daily Cooking Quest 4/28/08

I did the daily cooking quest on Wranngar today. It was Super Hot Stew again. I had to go out to Blades Edge and kill some Wind Serpents and Lashtail Raptors for meat. When I had a few pieces of each I cooked them up and flew over to Forge Camp Terror. I killed a giant elemental and used the pot to cook the stew over it's remains. After I had it cooked I flew over to Shatt and turned it in. I got 7g59s and some Basalisk meat for it, no recipe again today :(.
