Daily Fishing - Jewel of the Sewers 2/7/10

Today Marcia Chase (53,65), by the fountain in Dalaran, had Jewel Of The Sewers for the daily fishing quest when I went to see her. This is an easy one and the only one you don't have to leave Dalaran for. I did this one on Wranngar, Gomorra and Brieanna today.

This one had me heading down to my spot at the Black Market in the Underbelly, the sewers below Dalaran. As usual there was no one fishing in my spot and I got the piece of Corroded Jewelry I needed pretty fast. I got it in 7 casts on Wranngar, 10 casts on Gomorra and 10 casts on Brieanna. This didn't take me long at all. Once I had it I headed back up and turned it in to Marcia in exchange for a Bag of Fishing Treasures.

Today Wranngar's Bag of Fishing Treasures had 7g82s86c, 3 Elixirs of Water Walking and a Tower Key which I sold to a vendor for 16g66s66c. An Ok haul for Wrann today.

Gomorra's Bag of Fishing Treasures had 6g39s97c, 3 Northsea Pearls, 3 Solid Gold Coins, that I got 1 gold each for from a vendor, and 2 Deviate Fish. An Ok day of fishing for Gom too.

Brieanna's Bag of Fishing Treasures had 7g93s32c, 3 Pygmy Oil a Worthless Piece of Orange Glass and a Runic Mana Potion. She didn't make out too bad on her first day doing the daily fishing in Dalaran either.

Convention at the Legerdemain - Daily Cooking 2/7/10

Today when I went to see Katherine Lee (41,65), the Grand Master Cooking Trainer in the kitchen of A Hero's Welcome, she had Convention at the Legerdemain for the daily cooking quest. I did this one on Wranngar, Gomorra and Brieanna today. This one uses up a lot of mats, 12 pieces of Chilled Meat total today, but since I bought the 5 stacks on the auction house I didn't really care.

This one had me heading over to the bank first to grab some Chilled Meat to make the Northern Stew I needed. From there I was off to One More Glass, the wine and cheese shop, to grab a Jug of Wine. I found one outside, one upstairs and one downstairs today. I took everything over to Arille Azuregaze, the bartender at The Legerdemain and delivered it.

Today he gave Wranngar 9g93s, a Dalaran Cooking Award and a Small Spice Bag with 4 Northern Spices in it. Not a bad haul for Wrann.

Gomorra got 9g93s, a Dalaran Cooking Award, and a Small Spice Bag with 6 Northern Spices and another Dalaran Cooking Award in it. Not a bad haul for Gom today either.

Brieanna got 4g90s, a Dalaran Cooking Award, and then 6 Northern Spices and 5 Baby Spice in her Small Spice Bag. A pretty good day for Brieanna too.

Soup for the Soul - Shattrath Daily Cooking 2/7/10

Today when Brieanna went to see The Rokk, (61,15) in Shattrath, for the daily cooking, he gave her Soup for the Soul.

The first thing I did was grab some Clefthoof Meat from the guild bank to make the 4 Roasted Clefthoof I needed, that saved me from having to farm it, then I was off to Nagrand. After I landed at the flight point I headed over to the Ancestral Grounds (25,59) and cooked up my soup at the fire there.

I took that back to The Rokk and picked Crate of Meat for my reward. Today it had 15 pieces of Talbuk Venison and a Skinning Knife in it. Not a bad haul on this one today.

Shattrath Daily Fishing - Felblood Fillet 2/7/10

Today when Brieanna went to see Old Man Barlo, (40,59) at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest, he gave her Felblood Fillet for the daily fishing quest.

This one had me heading to the Pools of Aggonar (39,37) in Hellfire Peninsula. I usually have good luck there and today was no exception. I got my Monstrous Felblood Snapper on my 11th cast and was on my way back to deliver it to Old Man Barlo.

Today my Bag of Fishing Treasures had 6g86s65c, 5 Sharpened Fish Hooks, which I can use as I am leveling my fishing, and 2 Jaggal Pearls. A bit of a let down after the last 2 times but not a bad haul otherwise.

Knights of the Ebon Blade and Sons of Hodir Daily Quests 2/6/10

I did the daily quests for the The Sons of Hodir and the Knights of the Ebon Blade on Wranngar and Gomorra for the past 2 days. I need to get some gold together to get Brieanna her 300 riding skill. You don't make much gold doing nothing but battlegrounds and that is all I have been doing lately.

For the Knights of the Ebon Blade I do Leave Our Mark, Vile Like Fire! and Shoot 'Em Up, which I pick up at the Shadow Vault, and From Their Corpses, Rise!, No Fly Zone and Intelligence Gathering which I pick up at Death's Rise. I don't turn in Intelligence Gathering every day because there is a very poor drop rate on the documents you need, I just collect them as I get them and turn it in once a week or so. These take me about 20 minutes and make me around 66 gold a day plus drops per character.

For the Sons of Hodir I do Blowing Hodir's Horn, Hot and Cold, Polishing the Helm, Spy Hunter and Feeding Arngrim. These also take me about 20 minutes and I make around 66 gold plus drops on each character.

Sewer Stew - Daily Cooking 2/6/10

Today when I went to see Katherine Lee (41,65), the Grand Master Cooking Trainer in the kitchen of A Hero's Welcome, for the daily cooking quest, she had Sewer Stew for me. I did this on Wranngar, Gomorra and Brieanna today.

This one had me taking the Violet Gate down to Crystalsong Forest to pick some Crystalsong Carrots, I needed 4 on each. It didn't take me long to get them today, there was no one else around. Brieanna tangled with a wolf while she was there but I freeze trapped him and ran so it was all good. Once I had all the carrots I needed I took the gate back up to Dalaran and ran over to the bank to grab some Chilled Meat, then cooked up my Vegetable Stew. I took that down and delivered it to Ajay Green at the Cantrips and Crows Tavern in the Underbelly.

Today he gave Wranngar 9g93s, a Dalaran Cooking Award and a Small Spice Bag with 4 Northern Spices in it. An Ok haul for Wrann.

Shattrath Daily Cooking - Super Hot Stew 2/6/10

Today when I went to see The Rokk, (61,15) in Shattrath, he had Super Hot Stew for Brieanna.

I grabbed the 2 Mok'Nathal Shortribs and 1 Crunchy Serpent I needed out of the guild bank so all I had to do was fly over to Blades Edge and kill a Abyssal so I could cook it over it's corpse. That was pretty easy and when I had my Demon Broiled Surprise I flew back to Shattrath and handed it over to The Rokk.

Today I picked Barrel of Fish for my reward and got 4 Zangarian Sporefish, 6 Figluster's Mudfish, a Fishbone Toothpick and Recipe: Skullfish Soup. That made it a good haul, the recipes are what I am after from this daily. I have them all on Wranngar and Gomorra.

Shattrath Daily Fishing - Crocolisks in the City 2/6/10

When Brieanna went to see Old Man Barlo, (40,59) at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest, today for the daily fishing quest he gave her Crocolisks in the City again. I got my fishing up to 290 so I figured I could do any of the daily fishing quests he had if I used a +100 lure along with the +25 my fishing pole gives me.

This one had me taking the portal to Stormwind and heading over to my spot in the canals. I got my Baby Crocolisk pretty fast today, 7 casts. I hearthed back to Dalaran from there and took the portal back to Shattrath to save time.

Back in Shattrath I flew over to see Old Man Barlo and exchange the Baby Crocolisk for a Bag of Fishing Treasures. Today my Bag of Fishing Treasures had 6g62s89c, 6 Sharpened Fish Hooks, which is what I was hoping for, a Razor Sharp Fillet Knife and Snarly's Bucket. Evidently Snarly is Toothy's evil step twin, they look identical. That was a nice surprise, I had never seen that one before. That's 2 rare pets in the first 2 Shattrath Daily fishing quests I have done, pretty lucky. Maybe I will get The 2 Ring tomorrow lol.

Infused Mushroom Meatloaf - Daily Cooking 2/5/10

Today when I went to see Katherine Lee (41,65), the Grand Master Cooking Trainer in the kitchen of A Hero's Welcome, she had Infused Mushroom Meatloaf for the daily cooking quest. I did it on Wranngar and Brieanna.

This had me heading down into the sewers below Dalaran to pick Infused Mushrooms. The recipe calls for 4. I got them pretty quick today, there didn't seem to be anyone doing it. Once I had my mushrooms I headed up to the bank and grabbed the 2 chilled meat I needed to complete the recipe. I cooked my meatloafs and headed over to give them to Orton Bennet, upstairs at Curiosities and Moore.

Today he gave Wranngar 9g93s, a Dalaran Cooking Award and a Small Spice Bag with 4 Northern Spices and another Dalaran Cooking Award in it. Not a bad haul for Wrann today.

He gave Brieanna 3g90s, a Dalaran Cooking Award and a Small Spice Bag with 5 Northern Spices in it. Not a bad haul for Brieanna today either.

I got 5 stacks of Chilled Meat from the auction house today too. I was out and figured I would just check and see what it was going for before I farmed it. I got 5 stacks (100 pieces) for 2g90s a stack, 14g50 total for all 5 stacks. That is less than I was expecting to pay for 1 stack. There was one person selling them for that price and I got all 5 they had. The next cheapest were 18 gold a stack.

Revenge is Tasty - Shattrath Daily Cooking 2/5/10

I did the daily cooking in Shattrath on Brieanna today. When I went to see The Rokk, (61,15) he had Revenge is Tasty for me.

This one had me taking the flight path to Allerian Stronghold then flying over to Skettis where the Monstrous Kaliri are. I flew around until I found one, then aggro'd it and brought it to the ground. Once I had it on the ground I killed and looted it. I had to do that twice before I got my Giant Kaliri Wing. I cooked that up with a couple Warp Burgers to make the Kaliri Stew I needed.

I took that back to The Rokk and traded him for a Crate of Meat which today had, 8 Serpent Flesh, 5 Talbuk Venison and a Large Hoof in it. Not a bad haul.

Shattrath Daily Fishing - Crocolisks in the City 2/4/10

I did the daily fishing quest in Outlands today for the first time on Brieanna. I have been working on her fishing lately and finally got it up to 250. I say I am going to get 25 points a day until it is maxed but I will probably only get 10 a day because leveling fishing is so boring, especially at this level when all you are catching is garbage fish.

When I went to see Old Man Barlo, (40,59) at Silmyr Lake in Terokkar Forest, he had Crocolisks in the City for me which is the one I was hoping it was, it is the only one I can do at my level of fishing. This one had me taking the portal to Stormwind where I fished at my spot in the canals. It took me about 14 casts to get my Baby Crocolisk. I took the portal from Stormwind to The Blasted Lands, then went through the Dark Portal and took the flight path to Shattrath. I flew over and gave Old Man Barlo the Baby Crocolisk in exchange for a Bag of Fishing Treasures.

When I opened my Bag of Fishing Treasures it had 6g73s52c, 2 Elixirs of Water Walking, a Broken Spyglass, which I sold to a vendor for 2 gold, and Toothy's Bucket. I was pretty excited to get Toothy's Bucket. That is a pretty rare pet you can only get through the Shattrath daily fishing quest and I got it on my first daily fishing quest ever on Brieanna. Wranngar did this daily for months and never got it, Gomorra has it.

Cheese for Glowergold - Daily Cooking 2/4/10

Today when I went to see Katherine Lee (41,65), the Grand Master Cooking Trainer in the kitchen of A Hero's Welcome, she had Cheese for Glowergold for Brieanna's daily cooking again. This is my least favorite daily because the Half Full Dalaran Wine Glasses are so hard to target but it makes up for it by not using any of my mats.

As usual this had me running around Dalaran collecting Half Full Dalaran Wine Glasses. I got 4 of them right in A Hero's Welcome and the other 2 at One More Glass, the wine and cheese shop, when I went to get the piece of Aged Dalaran Limburger I needed. I combined those on the platter supplied to me to make a wine and cheese platter.

I took that over to Ranid Glowergold (36,28) at the Leatherworkers in the Magus Commerce Exchange and exchanged it for 9g93s, a Dalaran Cooking Award and 3 Northern Spices. Not a bad haul for Brieanna today.

This is my least favorite of all the daily cooking quests because the 6 Half Full Dalaran Wine Glasses you need to get are so hard to target.

This one had me running around Dalaran picking up Half Full Dalaran Wine Glasses. It took me longer today than it has in awhile, it seemed like everyone was doing it. When I finally had the 6 I needed I headed over to One More Glass, the wine and cheese shop, and got the piece of Aged Dalaran Limburger this one also calls for. I combined them on the platter to make a wine and cheese platter.

Not a bad haul at all today. The funny thing is I started doing this daily in Dalaran at level 66 but couldn't do the one in Shattrath because I was too low level, figure that one out.
